Huets offer a wide range of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatible units from brand leaders, Kenwood, JVC, Pioneer and Alpine. In many cases, we can add wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to manufacturers’ original systems with screens.
These units have DAB digital radio and will improve the sound over factory-standard head units due to the improved amplification and audio adjustment. They are available in various screen sizes up to 10 inches; the smaller screens fit flush into the dash, whilst the larger screens sit proud of the dash (floating screens).
In some vehicles, it is not possible to install an Apple CarPlay/Android Auto unit. However, in many cases, we can make Apple CarPlay/Android Auto accessible on the original factory screen by using an interface or by programming. This way, manufacturers fitted systems retain the standard screen and controls, including Audi, BMW, Mercedes, VW and others (subject to compatibility).

Reading and writing are now listening and dictating.
Siri can read, reply and send text messages for you, so you never have to look at your iPhone while driving. Just say “Siri, tell Lynne I’ll be there in 20 minutes”, and it’s done. CarPlay can also play audio messages through the car’s speakers.

Access all your content from Apple Music, Spotify, Deezer, and Tidal. Search by playlists, artist, album or song (depending on the app used). See what’s playing and what’s up next. You can ask Siri to play your favourite song by an artist, album, etc, or act as your personal DJ.
Invite more apps along for the ride.
CarPlay supports other apps on your iPhone — like your favourite audio, messaging and voice apps. You can personalise your experience by rearranging exactly how your apps appear in CarPlay through settings on your iPhone. iOS 13 now allows split screen on aftermarket units showing mapping and music at the same time.
